DANS GOING OVERBOARD Massivedesign wrote: Actually it's just the opposite. It may harbor more ads and faster transactions when the ad isn't cluttered with personal opinions of many about how to properly season a steak. I see that confused look on your face, how the hell does seasoning a steak relate to a classifieds ad? It doesn't, case closed. <-- See what I did there?

Let me try to clarify the new rule with an example. Let's say that bhpdrew posts up his SKS for sale; I believe he calls it "Nikole." An appropriate reply would be: "Does she ever jam using Wolf ammo?" An inappropriate reply would be: "That gun is taller than you are. Stand it on end, and the difference is even more obvious." Did that help? That was spectacular - you should get more props for that. Excellent form.

Dan,
When making a post, there is a huge panel on the left, containing the emoticons.
Is there any way to en-smallen-ize that panel, so the page doesn't get streched so far, vertically?

So you mean to tell me that we want to keep the "Wanting to sell" threads relevant to the thing that's being sold? And keep general threads, well, generally general? And keep off topic threads in the off topic section, and just keep things organized and tidy?
HOLY CRAP MIND BLOWN.
Actually, no. It makes perfect sense. If there's a conflict with the buyer/seller, take care of it in a private message.

i admire Dan for not making WAguns like TOS, it started to go down hill when the tiered member thing was intro at TOS, WAguns IMHO leaves TOS in the proverbial dust.
p.s. at least here i get to keep my sigline without having it held hostage by a tiered membership system.

Just a reminder about the chit-chat rule....
Yes, we allow some posts in the classifieds that are relevant and/or helpful to the sale, but please don't post dumb shit that you know a moderator will need to remove. Adding work for us is, well, not appreciated.
