I'd suggest you contact Josh, the manager, and James, the owner, in writing ( not an email) and explain what happened, especially the part about being called a felon and told you'll be out the entire purchase price. They're pretty reasonable guys and I doubt they would want their employees running paying customers off over techincal issues with 4473s.
From the sellers perspective, I could see where a "no refunds for denials" would chase off the riff raff who arent sure they'll pass a background check. Kind of like LEEDs huge "Law Enforcement ONLY" sign on their door. |
