Planes buzzing around early in the morning. Clearly these are just pilots in training wanting to get their hours in but please do it not at 4am. Isn't there some law against this?

The only laws prohibiting off hours flights that I am aware of are in Europe.

Just like my asshole neighbor who doesn't understand that we don't get a woody over his loud truck exhaust. Some people are just inconsiderate jackasses.

Plates expired in 2017 on the Tahoe. No plates on the box truck. Expired AZ plates on the travel trailer, which is gutted...

Doesn't pass the smell test...

Well, clearly the Manager doesn't care, if owner cared enough he'd lean on the manager. Police don't care. You have no capacity to do something about. Might be worth saving your blood pressure medication and letting it go.
Trying to help is good. Hell I'll call in suspicious characters too. However I wont spend time doing checks on people. Thats not my job. Until someone does something that merits actually taking action, I keep my own damn self.
