I could care less if he's homeless. I've been there, relying on the generosity of store managers to let me park in their parking lots.

I first saw this guy as he was running out of home depot at a break neck speed, and got to a Dodge Durango with no tags, that another person was trying to frantically shove a gas powered go kart into the back seat that CLEARLY wasn't gonna fit... packed high with other random shit.... Had 'tweaker' written all over it...

I met him again, by mere coincidence, at this spot, in completely different vehicles. As I drove up to get vehicle and license plate info, he put on an old school welding mask, leather, and pulled out his camera and started yelling that I was harassing him... Which is typical BS from a tweaker, claim to be a victim, while in fact doing the victimizing, which was followed by a 'mind your own fucking business'... Which is about the 2nd most common thing I hear... Then he started claiming that it was his property and I was trespassing, despite me already knowing who the property owner is, and having called him. Again, this is a learned behavior.. Street lawyers telling each other 'say you live there, then they can't kick you out, because it's a civil matter'... This coupled with him demanding to see my 'Concealed carry permit' because the bottom of my holster was sticking out of my shirt.. was the icing on the cake..

The whole made up story about him 'having a file at corporate' is BS... They don't do that, and it's a franchised location.

He's still got the huge dealer pricing stickers on the windshield, that look new, but a tag that's from 2017.... Which gives me a pretty good indication that it was probably stolen from a small dealer, or he's intentionally running tags that don't go to that vehicle.

I have LOTS of experience talking with other people, in situations like this, and it's pretty easy to spot the people that are down on their luck, and who are stealing/doing shady shit. This coupled with him saying every 2 seconds that he wanted to beat my ass, calling me fatass, and every name in the book, because I was there. He was trying to get a response from me. He got none.

He's still wearing light jewelry, and I didn't see any tracks visible, but they're shooting up in odd places these days. He didn't look or act strung out, just under a lot of stress. He supposedly stole dog food from Home Depot, which, if that's the case, actually makes me feel a little bit better about it, being that he's trying to look out for his dog. I even told him there are resources to help feed his dog, and get tags for his vehicles (DHHS and charities/organizations will help pay for that stuff these days), but he wasn't having any of it.

You hear me bitching about the heroin addicts and other pieces of shit like thieves, but I don't talk about the nice people that I meet that are just down on their luck, living in their cars, and trying to make ends meet because they couldn't afford an apartment, but have a 9-5 and just so happen to have all their belongings in their car. There are a lot of 'good' homeless people out there, I just don't really talk or mention my interactions with them because they're , on the whole, pretty positive, and while their situation is messed up, they're not a negative thing in the community, ie causing problems.

My maintenance truck was well stocked with canned goods, and it wasn't abnormal for me to hand out some food to people that needed it... Like I said, I've been there, and at the time, WAS there, so I know what it's like, and a couple cans of corn and refried beans goes a long way when you're in shit circumstances like that.

Dude pulls through a yield sign, going from the right and directly in front of me making me brake, then he immediately brakes to turn right into a shopping center not 50' ahead so I'm STANDING on my brakes....

Only reason I didn't rear end him is I got off the gas and started to slow down as soon as I saw him approaching...
