Most people think 'mass shooting' and think dozen people or so...But, by defining it as 3 (or 4) people, shot by the same person, in order to pad the numbers and say 'OMGZ look at all the mass shootings!' that brings in Compton, NYC, ATL, Chicago, etc. Someone shooting 3-4 people in Chicago is a weekly thing...

Long story short, even with the creation of the second amendment, many states instituted laws that were aimed at making it illegal for freemen/blacks to own guns.

My problem with that is, if you continue down the path of history, you will see all these laws were challenged or removed at some point so that the 2A would apply to everyone, regardless of color or social status. So to use "at one point, some governments deemed it necessary to create laws to apply the 2A discriminately" as logic for doing the same thing now, aren't we ignoring the rest of the story?
