Found my kitchen flooded this morning. When I went to pull towels out of the closet, I realized I had a firearm missing.

I had an acquaintance over this weekend for a couple beers. He expressed interest in the shotgun while he was here, and I told him that it was a cheap POS that'd never be worth the $100 I paid for it. (An chinesium 870 clone with poorly copied action claws)

I sincerely told him that he could have it for free...he just needed to pay for a transfer so that it was no longer in my name.

Instead, he apparently set it outside behind the shop, and came back to swipe it later, because he DEFINITELY didn't get into the car with it.

I texted him this morning, and he's giving me some bullshit about being confused. Yeah... I'm sure that's why you snuck off with it. What an ASSHOLE!!

I left a sink full of water with a pan to soak, and the hodgepodge drain plumbing gave up the ghost overnight. A $7 flex hose fixed that issue.

The other issue is going to require more patience I think.

How much beer was involved? Only way he could have been 'confused'... and if he honestly thought you were giving it to him, he wouldn't have fucking hid it.... Dude would have thanked you and walked to his car with it in his hand.

Fucking POS thief...

Just go kick his door in and I’m sure the shotgun will reveal itself.

Tell him you are going to call the cops and report it stolen. Also we are in OK we don't have mess with that 594 crap anymore.

How many guns that you purchased on the books, have you sold since moving here... With no trail whatsoever?

I traded one of my extra AK's to an FFL for a bullpup fully semi-auto shotgun.
If I were to sell anything here, I would just do a bill of sale. If you were to "give" it to somebody I would put just $1.00 on the invoice.

Other forums that don’t have clearly defined standards for sales as WaGuns

Clearly committed to buying something only to have the guy sell it to someone else… “I gave you a chance”

My wife has a friend in OR whose house burned down to the ground. The house was paid off, but they didn't have any insurance (WTF). They set up a Go fund me and we decided to send some money to help out. GFM was going to charge us $75 for a $500 donation! Again WTF! So we ended up sending the money through paypal for no fee's. I know GFM is not a charity, but shit. From now on GFM can kiss my ass.

ETA: GFM is now Go Fuck Me.

Errr, usually Gofundme gives you a suggested donation to GFM … but you can just say no.

Wife has been on mandatory OT from Nov till today so last week she put in for two days vacation on Monday and Tuesday.
Today she was told of mandatory OT for this Sunday.
I told her to tell them to fuck off as her vacation was already approved and she'd be out of town on Sunday.
Mandatory OT was officially over today.
SHE IS PISSED!
