Friends has a chevy 2500 crew cab 4x4 with a 6 inch lift. He also has amp research steps that automatically drop down when the door opens.
He also has a purple heart and still has shrapnel in his leg. So yeah you can be disabled and own a jacked up truck

I have issues with walking can't make it through a store or wait in long lines. Most times I use a cane.
I've had 12 surgeries 2 ankle replacements on the same leg UW ankle clinic tells me I'm out of surgical options. That means when I can't take it anymore my right foot comes off 6 inches below the knee. Why am I telling you this because if you looked at me you probably wouldn't think I'm dissabled. But that doesn't mean I'm not.

I have a friend with 1 leg and he get's in and out of his jacked up 4x4 with no problem...so I guess he's not handicapped either...oh and he still rides his Harley also

Nah, last night when I posted that, there was a brand new poster that posted in more than a dozen threads.

He was posting 30 or 40 links in each one to gun sales in California.

Every time I hit refresh, he was in more and more threads…

So..... I went down to the local Rite Aid to get my 6 pack late this afternoon.... waiting in line behind 3-4 people..... the cashier (one of the managers) picks up the phone - I assumed she was gonna call for another cashier ---- instead its 'CODE PURPLE - CODE PURPLE'...... I, as well as the little old lady in front of me were intrigued..... About 30-45 secs later this little mexican dude with a back pack starts walking thru the door and the cashier runs over and says 'Can I help you find something?' -- he says 'no, I'm good' and scoots out the door. The other manager comes running up and the other says 'Call the police'..... Shoplifting at 3:30 in the afternoon...... They are on the phone trying to get the police - looking out the window for a plate # ----- this fucker was stupid enuff to park right out front ---- thats when I realized I should go out and get the plate #...... dude was just sitting there so it gave me plenty of time.... So I'm coming back into the store and I see an equally sketchy dude (yes- POC) going out quickly --- I give the plate # to the managers and go back to watching the car and sure as shit that second dude gets in the car! The car starts pulling down the lane --- slowly --- when a third really sketchy older duce (again, POC) saunters out the door and walks down the side walk and gets in the car too!

Dumbfounding to see this all play out right in front of me.... After getting the plate, I was cursing myself for not packing - maybe I could have made a difference...... But after seeing that it was a group ripping off the store, I'm thinking it could have gone sideways really fast. Plus it could have really ruined my NYE depending how it went. Reflecting back now, I'm kinda pissed that I didn't pull out my pocket knife and slash a tire on the car.... there was ample time to do that easily - so that the police would stand a better chance of catching up with them. I figure that would have a much better outcome that pulling a CW..... But on the other hand, after finding out that there were three people working together, shit could have gone really bad really easy too...

Pisses me off that it happened right in front of me..... Happy that I at least went out and got a plate # --- the manager said that the Bothell PD are pretty good at catching and prosecuting shoplifters and having a plate # increases the odds of them getting caught greatly.
