The black guy who decided to try and help himself to my neighbors dog at 6am this morning. Heard my dogs going ape shit, and when I looked out the window to see a older black guy trying to put a leash around my neighbors English Bulldog who he had been throwing French fries to over the fence so she wouldn't bark. Ran out in my wife beater, shorts, and pistol on my hip and started asking this dumb fuck what he was doing.
Either he was drunk, illiterate, or stupid (all 3 probably) because I couldn't understand a fucking word coming out of his mouth. Nothing but a bunch of incoherent stuttering and rambling on and on. He wouldn't look at me in the face, and once my wife yelled the cops were on the way he became a track star and ran like a damn gazelle down the street.
