Hwy. 2 east from Kalispell to the Minnesota state line is one of the most boring drives ever.
Upper Minnesota is beautiful but flat.
Same with I-90 all along South Dakota, except you've got Wall Drug and that says something in that it is the best place in the whole state.

Nothing between the Rockies and Wisconsin from Canada to Wyoming is worth driving, and I've done Trans-Canada 16 & 1, Hwy. 2, I-90, & I-80, some several times.
Anyplace where you can top a small rise and see a grain silo 18 miles away in a dead straight line is not pleasant driving.

Well you can do that on Hwy 2 between Waterville and Davenport...

Good to know. I figured there would be something interesting there. Guess I'll have to detour down to Mt. Rushmore.

Made my day? Well, nothing too exciting but it was a good day. No work, a few rounds of Trap by myself and got some yard work done and a couple cars washed.

Went to the beach with the kids today. My son is always finding critters. Two weeks ago he caught a small octopus, among other things. This week he caught a small shrimp, two baby sculpins, and a flat fish of some kind. He's basically a Disney princess when it comes to animals. Birds will land on him, a doe followed him around on our property and laid down next to him. Lots of fun though.

Due to IV fluids 2-3 times a week for months, our remaining cat has gone from Stage II Renal Failure, to Stage I... :thumbsup2:

And his heart murmur is gone.

Not looking for miracles, but more time is a real blessing!

(No, he’s not in pain...)

Wow ... that’s goodness.

Are you able to give these IVs at home?

Yes, wife & I do it together, takes about 15-20 minutes or so.

Edited to add: Takes longer than that if you include set-up, wife warms the solution a bit...

The dear Lord delivered us safely to Tremonton Utah RV park for the evening enroute to our young scholars graduation. tomorrow's drive is only 5 hrs to Grand Junction. Then we plant our ass for 6 days. Golf, hike, graduation.
