Path is now cleared for the passage of Constitutional Carry in the Republic of Texas
https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/breaking-texas-legislature-conference-committee-reaches-agreement-on-constitutional-carry-bill/  Looks like all the differences between the state House and Senate bills have now been ironed out in conference committee. The legislation should now enjoy smooth sailing to final approval in both houses. Governor Abbott has already publicly committed to sign the bill into law. Stoked for Texas to join the growing ranks of free states dispensing with the handgun licensing system for normal, day-to-day carry.
