Not to be a parrot but as the Massive One already stated, staying in Kahului is like coming to WA and staying in Tacoma. It's the shithole of Maui. Main center of commerce and industry.

Go out of town for good beaches, and if you have the time, drive up the Hana Road....kinda cool.

Find me one of these in mint condition and I've got $200 waiting for you when you get back. Primarily used in Hawaii

You expect me to have a clue what in the hell it is or what it's used for? Can I use it as a shot glass?

You could. 1930's telephone line insulator. Wild shot in the dark, but they pay off sometimes.

Where on earth would I look? Do I look like the kind that does antique shops?

Take a trip to Leoda's Kitchen and Pie Shop for lunch. http://www.leodas.com/ Thirty-minute drive from Kahului according to Google. Fresh baked bread for sandwiches, world's best chicken and waffles if you go for breakfast. You will thank me.

I suspect that this thought has already crossed usrifle's mind, and the locks have been changed....

I received a voice mail yesterday. "Hello, this is Buffalo Arms calling. You placed an order with us a couple of years ago for 7.62x45 Czech brass. It's finally come off the machine, and we're wondering if you still want it. Please give us a call back and let us know."

Oh hell yes I still want it.... and that order was placed in August 2013. icon_eek

I called them back today to confirm the order. I also asked if I could increase the quantity from 200 to 400. He said, "Well, we have exactly 200 left, so yes I can do that, and you'll get the last of them."
