Day 3 of deliberations....No verdict on 3 of 5 charges. Hung on 2 charges with 1 person, hung on 1 charge with 2 people.
We agreed that of we can't all agree Monday, we are a Hung Jury.  Even if we agree on 4 of the 5 charges, if we are Hung on 1 of them, they are all Hung. _________________ Mr. Q wrote: so basically, if you have to smoke some asshole, make sure they become fertilizer and then Bounce? got it. Guilty on 2 of 5 charges. The case was of a sensitive nature so I elected not to disclose/debate the issues on a public forum.
It was hard enough to deliberate with 11 other Juror's, I just don't want to relive it here.
