Uh, all IPAs are ales. India Pale Ale. If Mr. Mislabeled could get his hands on a vat of Stone's RuinTen, he'd be a happy guy. Otherwise, Pliny the Elder, Bonyard's IPM, pretty much all the Yetis from Great Divide, and Firestone's seasonal Velvet Merlin are all favorites.

That's a good one, but real expensive and kind of hard to find around these parts.

1. Free, containing alcohol. 2. Stuff over 90 proof. 3. Beer that can't be seen through with a light. 4. Everything else.
.....Blind taste test most of it's the same anyway.

.....Blind taste test most of it's the same anyway. To each their own. While I agree most of the big brewer's beers (Coors, Miller, Bud) taste about the same, once to get into the ales they are all very different. As a cost saving measure I tried to get into Blue Moon. It's just so bland I couldn't do it. Alchemy Ale, Negra Modelo, heck even Newcastle are all much better with complex flavors.

Lately I have been killing the shiner bock. It's not strong tasting it's one of those chug it all day on a hot day. It's better than all the big 3 beers. I'm going to get a keg of it when summer comes.

Mass produced domestics are like having sex in a canoe.
They're fucking close to water.
Like a deep rich ale, nothing pale orbitter...
Kilt Lifter is one of my favorites. I usually go for Spaten's Opitmator ("Mmmm!")
For special occasions: Chimay Grand Reserve! (There's a reason it's $12 a bottle!)
OK

You sir have disappointed me gravely. Am considering negative feedback. Beer made in, or imported to for consumption in, America, is all pretty much the same shit in a different bottle with a funky story as to how much better they are than another. Some are good, some are swill, some are better than others, but put them all in a mug and taste then tell me which one is which.
