Texas you cant OC a pistol but you can OC a long gun. they also have weird rules involving CC too.

There is a difference between legal, and smart. coming from you, that really means a lot... since I know your stance on pistol OC and I've personally warmed up to pistol OC in some cases from what you guys have posted in the past.... but rifle OC is still a stunt as far as I'm concerned... and another store goes into the anti-crowd because they were forced to choose.... these stores want to be neutral.. they have tried to be neutral, but if you push them, they will side with the anti's particularly because the picture on the news of the rifle toting patron just does not work well to promote responsible gun ownership... in my opinion (anybody care to prove me wrong, feel free to do so)... as I've said in another thread, when somebody can prove that these stunts gain us something and is helpful to achieve a common goal, I'm listening... Here's our two heros at the Dallas Chipotle. If I saw these two clowns walk in the front door... I'd be making my way out the back door. There's something seriously wrong with attention whores like these two. They actually think that they're helping the Open Carry cause. Oh, they're swaying public opinion all right... but not in a favorable direction.
