Check out Rule #6... I'm not really happy about this, but I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that I usually open carry for work, conceal on my days off, and have to walk through two parking lots to get from my home to my assigned parking spot. My wife parks in the garage, and I cannot park in front of my home as BOTH sides of the street are marked as fire lanes. I have been glared at multiple times by my complex manager where I live, and am starting to almost feel harassed... Any insight would be helpful. Sent from my Tapatalk using iPhone-thingy. :o)

If you have the legal permits, you can tell them to go engage in coitus with an object that is both solid and has the texture of sandpaper.

I am free because I say I am. My freedom is not dependent on any government benefit or piece of legislation. My rights are inherent in the fact that I was born a sovereign being. They are non-negotiable. The government can list them and protect them, but my rights are not theirs to give away.

Firearms dont require permits.
Send them a copy of the open carry portion of the law.
And than tell them to contact your lawyer if they gave questions lol

That's just it, there are no "legal permits" to own, or open carry, in Washington State... However, I like the idea you present as it is damned funny. I truly thank you for the laugh!
The smartass side of me wants to post a copy of the Bill of Rights, highlight the Second Amendment, and follow it up with a few state laws... I know there are a few other firearms owners in this complex who probably will not be happy about this either.

If the development is government owned/subsidized, there might be different rules...at least that was my understanding.
Wasn't there an article posted on here a while back about an apartment complex banning guns? I swear I read it on this forum...

Is this an HOA type situation, where you own the home? Or are they apartments?
Either way, I guess I'd just ignore it and go about your business. Presumably you have any "permits" that you require, which would be a CPL on the days you conceal carry. So, I think you meet the intent of the rule even if it was written by idiots that don't know the law.

you have a legal permit (blanket permit given by the 2nd amendment) so I would not worry about it...
if you are a felon, then your permit has been revoked and you are in violation... and they will evict you...
nice way to afford a downpayment on a new home when you sue them...
seriously, it's intimidation tactics for the ignorant... if they were targeting you I'd wait till they bring it up with you then you can ask them if they have a lawyer that your lawyer can contact.. I'm sure the SAF may be interested in these cases for them to set an example for...
for the record, I'm against illegal guns in my neighborhood either... all my guns are legal as far as I know since I am not one of the 28.5%

If I were a felon, I wouldn't be working at my LGS (lol, love my job!) and have current CPL's from WA and UT... I do not live in an HOA neighborhood either, they are townhome/2story apts, however you want to look at it.

Multiple SBRs and the paperwork with them should shut them the hell up and would be in compliance with their bullshit. It amazes me how these people open up cans of worms. This new lead-free boolit crap leads me to believe that Tungsten is safer for the environment!

Just lay down your guns. Get on your knees and beg forgiveness. It's for the chillen'.
Oh and when they go to pick up your weapons you take the G19 you had stuffed down your back collar when you had your hands on your head and go Jack Bauer on them because you felt your life was threatened.
