Check your rental agreement.. If it is in the rental agreement that you signed, you are bound to it. Your signature confirms agreement with the conditions. If this is presented to you after you signed, it has no effect.

That's all fine and dandy but we don't the a FOID card in WA the only permit that we need is for cc so this rule is invalid either way.

@Chris- No HOA, no meetings. It's run like an apartment complex. Also, for the 3 years we've been here, it has never been a rule or an issue, until now.

If you're not a felon, and don't own any NFA items, then ignore it.
Let them bring it up.

Most likely they are trying to jump on the anti-gun bandwagon and they don't know what they are talking about.
When they try to take action against you, you simply sue them for violating your rights.

Another possibility is that this is a blanket form for all their properties, some of those may not be in Washington. If they have properties in Cali, then this would be a valid rule.

If you want to take preemptive action, make copies of the pertinent documents: 2A, Heller, Wa State Constitution #24, the RCWs, Casad, etc... and top off the pile with a SAF flier. Then put a note on top of all that that reads to the effect, "Your rule #6 violates these all these laws. You might want to rescind it before someone sues you for violating their rights."
Send copies to your front office, and the corp headquarters.
