Aside from a few tweakers the zombie population cant file discrimination lawsuits so they are a safe training example.

I think this is meant to replace 'government employee alphabet agency' with "zombie"
I was tasked to give a class on survival once a few years ago with Snohomish county. As in a previous life I was an 18C. I was told not to "EVER to come back" after I laid out a proper survival kit. It included a handgun. Amongst other things. It seems the government frowns on that. They told me to just stick to the 72 hour food and meds bag. I went way over that, and snoco emergency management told me they ..."do not want armed people in a disaster or some other type of emergency" snoco just wanted the minimum and they were not even all hyped up about people having that.
