Horse and big stick but yes if it continues to not sell logic would dictate that a change is necessary...unless one is not really in a hurry to sell. Or is a business and has multiples
PMB, have you been educated on how to do a proper c-walk? if not, watch this video. before doing that, get out a du-rag and pull your pants halfway down.
and, mike, they'd respond to your PM's if you'd stop lowballing them.

I haven't PM'd him. That's in regards to the folks who HAVE, and obviously don't get replies.
Regarding the C-Walk... Rencorp and I have been getting together after work and practicing up on it.
