(b) Indecent exposure is a gross misdemeanor on the first offense if the person exposes himself or herself to a person under the age of fourteen years.
(c) Indecent exposure is a class C felony if the person has previously been convicted under this section or of a sex offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030.
[2003 c 53 § 92; 2001 c 88 § 2; 1990 c 3 § 904; 1987 c 277 § 1; 1975 1st ex.s. c 260 §9A.88.010 .] Kent cops are total assholes. Caused him to be registered as a sex offender. Took four years to remove it from his record.

I said "what are the urination in public laws here, or you going to write me a ticket?" and he said "some cities have them but in the county you're fine and there's no RCW against it providing you're not flashing anyone".
