I guess they'd have to prove that it was an intentional act and not just an accident that the car was coming at the same time. Even if they could, it still wouldn't require registration as a Sex Offender.

I believe intentionally causing a vehicle accident is too.... Imagine what would happen if a motor cyclist got hit by a bag off piss by someone who said "I felt he was driving too fast and dangerously, I just wanted to slow him down" :D
