They would die in a hail of birdshot and then I would burn them in my trash pile if there was anything left of 'em. I fuckin' hate Starlings. Normally they are just loud which hasn't bothered me in the past. This was going too far though. I may need to take undisclosed action. The number of birds that can be killed by shooting is small relative to the size of the flock. However, shooting may be helpful where only a few birds are present, and in supplementing or reinforcing other dispersal techniques. First check with the local ordinances regarding discharging firearms.
Legal Status
Starlings are exempt from the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) of 1918, which was passed for the protection of migratory birds. Their nests, eggs, young, and/or adults may be removed or destroyed at any time. No permit is required.

Hate those birds with a passion. So much so as a kid my grandfather and I would used to go buy a case of 12ga shells and sit in the yard all day. I still to this day shoot all of them that I can... Now I just use a .22 air rifle..
Also a little factoid, their crap has a high acidity, if they shit on your car it will eat the paint if you don't wash it off...

i love birds.
Starlings aren't birds.
Starlings are feathered shit machines that sound like Orcs from Middle Earth getting kicked in the nuts.
And, their shit strips paint from metal in a heartbeat.
Kill 'em, and hang 'em high.
