So, some guy came
wandering through stumbling through the alley behind my house..
I'm working in my yard, gate open, and watch the guy look around, then crawl under the tarp covering my neighbors boat. He's now under the boat, covered by the tarp. W T F
He seems to just be laying there, but he sure as hell doesn't belong there..
Call non-emergency PD, let them know about the trespasser/suspicious person.
The call-taker seems less than impressed and doesn't appear to give a rats ass.
The officer arrives on scene, and I tell him where he is, they approach him, find out he's not supposed to be there (duh!), then run his ID.
