I'm so much closer to kicking cable. The only reason I've had it this long was for the filippino channel. My wife isnt happy but that channel just isn't worth $200. She still wanted a home phone so I got Ooma an internet based phone service, they do fuck you at first $40 to keep my old number, but I bought the system used and saved some coin. Also bought 2 indoor antennas and a usenet account for TV shows. Maybe ilk even get more done without the idiot box.

I haven't had cable in 2 years. What tv I do watch is netflix or hulu if it's not a DVD

I fucking hate Comcast! Every fucking month the bill creeps up....those motherfucker's charge for every little fucking thing they can.
Fuck!!! I have to get away from this money leeching cocksucking whore's, but I hate motherfucking contracts! Fucking Hulu and a fucking HDTV antenna...that's my savior. Break the motherfucking suction to those motherfucking leeches at Comcast!! Or Xfuck me or whatever those cocksucking, motherfucking son's of whore's call themselves. I went with DirecTV last November and bundled it with centurylink internet. I signed up for the ultimate package which give me 235 different HD channels and a bunch of other stuff. For the 1st year my internet and TV costs me $88 a month. For the 2nd year of my 2 year deal it goes to 125 which is still $13 less that what comcast wanted before I switched and I get WAY more hd channels.

 Never got cable or satellite when we moved here in 2002. Got broadcast TV off the aerial till it all went digital... Once in while a movie download... I switched from DirectV/Centurylink DSL for commiecast a little over a year ago. I miss DirecTV. Comcast cable sucks. On DSL I could only get the slow 1.5mb plan to our house, so Commiecast wins there. Overall though everything outside of fast internet sucks. Our bill has crept up to $143 a mo now and I'm about to call to get it dropped down. Enough of the family watches it so I cant get rid of it outright. We also do Hulu/Netflix....
