Kinda reminds me of this. Just about every house in the south has had one on there porch at some time in the last hundred years. My mom has two. This is one I painted up for her a few years back.

I am going to put on a solar powered "aftermarket" that can easily be removed. This one is actually pre 1900 and was made to tether horses to.
