I like bacon.
Very uncomplicated.
BAD THINGS HAPPEN IN THE WORLD EVERY DAY.
It don't matter what team someone is supposedly playing for, it still comes down to individuals choosing between acting to their highest, or lowest moral capability.
So, choose a path, any path, and walk it to your highest moral capability.
Lead by example.
Nothing else matters.

Really, what's any religion have to do with it? What is way out there in this day and age, was normal practice for most way back when. Back even in the early 1900's deformed babies where put down no different than deformed cattle. One mouth to many anywhere in the 1800's was more than likely a death sentence for a newborn. It was pretty normal practice to marry 12 year old girls way back when whereas nowadays it's prison time where you hope they get murdered in there. Yep, pretty crappy it happened but it does show our level of development over the years. It wasn't right by my mind but it wouldn't be in print if that 800 was spread out over the countryside with the many others that didn't happen in one place. Besides, religion has evolved, just read up on the crusades and go from there. Evolution happens, one can only imagine the suffering way back when. Now, if only a certain book of a certain faith was "translated" differently............

Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and the various north Korea douche bags were all non-believers. So yeah, i'm not a fan of you religion-haters either.

Hitler was raised Catholic, and there are many conflicting reports as to his religious views in adult life. Condemning atheists because of a few mad men is just as idiotic as condemning gun owners because of a few mad men. For the record, I consider myself agnostic.

I am free because I say I am. My freedom is not dependent on any government benefit or piece of legislation. My rights are inherent in the fact that I was born a sovereign being. They are non-negotiable. The government can list them and protect them, but my rights are not theirs to give away.

If he was spiritual at all, I don't see any association between his behavior and any major organized religion. Quote: Condemning atheists because of a few mad men is just as idiotic as condemning gun owners because of a few mad men. My point, exactly. I used to as well. Now I'm leaning more towards Judaism. Which is to say that I'm a believer but haven't gone through any formal conversion process or started attending the local synagog.
