I have a question about search warrants

So I was wondering if you are giving a search warrant at your house are you allowed to read it before you let the police inside your house or not?

Purpose of said warrant? Knock, no nock? Idk the legality of it but they handle it different based on the warrant and if it's a knock or no knock

yes, you are absolutely allowed to read it, YOUR constitutional rights are the very reason they have to get a warrant. The warrant must state the item or items they are searching for and the area in which they intend to search....if they are looking for a stolen car the search must be limited to the garage etc....

If it's a no knock pretty sure they aren't gonna knock first so you can let em in. You can say whatever you want but "letting" them do anything is an illusion. They will essentially do what they feel is necessary.

No, the warrant allows them entry into the house, regardless of your approval or presence. They knock, you answer, they hand you the warrant and enter the premises. You are free to read it as they are digging through your crap.

Not opening the door means they get to kick it in. When done...it is your responsability to resecure the door. If those inside are arrested...they will nail the door shut.
