AB-1014 Gun violence restraining orders.(2013-2014)

It is still just a bill. Read through the original and halfway through the revision. Scarry stuff. Definatly not good ju-ju. Says anyone can request one on anyone. Also says some of the qualifications for one are excessive use of alcohol, or recent purchase of deadly weapons... WTF? buying a gun can make you a threat?

There's also a good deal about the court can hold your guns for up to a year and if no expiration is issued then the police can automatically continue it if they see fit. If you make any violent threats you can get one. If you get one they can issue a warrant for confiscation. When they show up they can confiscate ALL guns from ALL people in the house at that time and search the house for other firearms... Yeah, this is pretty much the devil of all gun control bills.

If you threaten someone back on face book (like a libtard) then they can seek one and all they need is your name and a sworn statement with specific examples of how you threatened them. Could just be a neighbor said you threatened them and they can have a friend play witness. If you don't have proof otherwise, you're fucked. So far it is just a bill and not law and only applies to the state of California. Let's hope if it passes it doesn't spread.

Everything that starts in CA always spreads like crotch crickets.
