I really wonder if this Walmart had a gun department, and if so where it was located. Sounds to me as if they might have been heading back for more guns/ammo?

I keep hearing different shit, was the other dead guy a cwp holder or not? It changes every time I hear it. If he was and he hesitated do you not think it may have been due having non targets(scattering people everywhere, it's walmart we know it was busy and only 3 check out lanes open). Be sure of your target and what's beyond it. If there an innocent person in the dead zone and I can't take a shot I'm not gunna take it. I will never accidentally or intentionally take the life of an innocent human being. And if that means it costs me my own life... Well it was a good run and I hope my family understands.

So watching the news down at the laundry mat. They are interviewing neighbors and talking about how they where "anti government" and how they always said how much the country has changed ect ect ect. Never once did any of the neighbors say anything about being racists or anything like that just anti government. And how they should have said something to the authorities. Then the news said that anyone who sees "signs like this from this tragedy, throughout the nation is urged to call authorities"....

Holy shit, by that saying do you realize how many of us could have our door being kicked on for being "racists" because many of us have said antigovernment stuff?

With the way things are going... people will HAVE TO choose sides. Liberty or tyranny.

Granted this guy could have no idea that two cops were just killed, but why would he pull and tell somebody to drop their gun? He was an assclown. And now he is dead. If you pull on somebody never tell them anything, just shoot. Granted we are all afraid of being sued, this is why you only shoot to save your own life, never somebody else. That somebody else should have their own weapon. Not yours. And never be the hero. especially without shooting first. And if you are, you aint. Because you will be arrested, and sued.

I can agree with some of this . . . namely, if you get to the point of pulling your gun and there's an imminent threat, don't fuck around. Draw and shoot; don't draw and discuss.

I don't agree with the part about only defending yourself, though. This world would be pretty cold if we didn't try to help each other in multiple ways, including defending each other.

I can also agree with some of this, but if someone is randomly shooting in my immediate vicinity like this nutjob then that's when I consider my life in danger. The gun does not need to be directly pointed at me for me to decide that he would be a threat.

Yes I agree that if I have to pull my weapon that is the last warning, there is no "stop or I'll shoot". And in a situation like that, the "active shooter" I prob wouldn't say shit.
