Well, after stopping for a brush fire along 38th interchange to SR7, which was probably caused by some asshole chucking a lit cig out of his window...
Later, stopped at a red light, I came across a guy who must have accidentally dropped his half smoked still lit cigarette out the window. Since we were at a red light, I was kind enough to return it to him. I know how much cigarettes cost, and surely he just accidentally dropped it. _________________ NO DISASSEMBLE! As a kid we spent many a weekend cleaning up after bikers and other "outdoor enthusiats" who left behind their trash. My parents were in a Jeep club and we always packed our trash out and then some....so it is ingrained into my being... When I was 16 I worked at a gas station and I saw this douche empty his ash tray right there next to the pumps, just 10 feet from a garbage. Nice. I don't have any of those kind of stories, but I am always handing plastic bags to people out walking their dogs. I'm sure they just forgot to grab them on the way out. The look on their faces is always great, like a kid getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

I usually flick the cherry off my cig and throw the butt away in a bottle. Does that cause fires? Because I will stop that crap if it does, serious question.

I've seen dumpster fires because of cigarette butts, and a lady who burned the shit out of her paint, because she dumped a cig butt into the grass/shrubbery by her car, in a parking lot, and it lit the red bark/cedar/whatever the fuck pretty landscaping shit on fire. _________________ NO DISASSEMBLE! +1 to the bottles filled with piss. My company has an "adopt a highway" stretch up off of 188th and I-5 near SeaTac. When we did the last cleanup, we found 15+ bottles filled to the brim, (all grape crush) all along there.
