Sorry but no. Government computers are all networked and data is stored on servers with crash protection. Unless she had a personal computer not on the network which I highly doubt
I know cause our computers crash all the fing time and we never lose anything saved on email or certain networked drives.

Hmmm how convenient the computers crashed... just like when hitlery had her little "stroke/fall"thing and couldnt testify at the bengazi hearings because she couldnt remember the details...

Total BS, and either way its grounds for a serious DoJ investigation. Which won't happen because Holder runs that show.
This is the problem today. These agencies just cover eachothers' backs and pass the buck whenever the public gets too close to uncovering more corruption.
I work for a company that was indicted in a price fixing scheme and ordered by the DoJ to retain and make available ALL E-mail traffic. It's part of my responsibility. If I screwed it up, I could face charges and jail time.

As an added bonus we have Jeh Johnson at DHS. Seems to me this border thing sorta went to Sh*t as soon as he showed up. Not that it was in good shape before he got there.

I know a former MS employee who started in the IT world working on email systems. No redundancy, no backups, only these few emails were deleted.... yeah ok. And the moon is made of cheese.

Shit like this is what our founding fathers foresaw.... outright corruption. .and the potential necessity of force to quash that corruption.

Same with 'lost' or 'malfunctioned' dash cams..
Hard to prove something exists when they say it doesn't.
No way to prove it.
Submit a request, they say it doesn't exist..
What do you do? Gather a squad of armed men to go check yourself?
