It's not gonna be the blast that kills you... It's gonna be the lack of food as crops throughout the country die, as clouds of ash block the sun for months if not years, GLOBALLY.... When Krakatoa erupted in the late 1883, it SNOWED in July in much of the midwest.. Yes... a volcanic eruption on the other side of the globe caused a place that would normally be ~100 degrees, to be below freezing... If it goes, I'd almost rather be killed by it, rather than face the apocalyptic times that would follow afterwards. Krakatoa is barely a blip on the radar compared to the eruption that Yellowstone could be....

We have a house in BUtte Mt that we will probably be putting on the market in a few months. We would move there but our health insurance does not cover that area, and if I changed plans my montly premium would jump from $265 plus $104 for medicare "B" to nearly tripple.

I'm looking into Northern Idaho. And it's not 594 per se that forced me to look elsewhere, it's all of the bullshit that comes from the socialist north. No matter how we vote here in the rural counties, we get BS laws crammed down our throats by the larger voting block up there. More and more liberals moving into my AO from Kali isn't helping matters, bloody wogs the lot of 'em. I have the cash for the land, just need a good income source in a good locale and I'd be gone.

The wife got a job offer in the Spokane area, so there is a good chance I won't be leaving after all. The VA retired me in June of 2013(age 48) so for me it's a retirement thing. In Kentucky I can buy property a lot cheaper than I can in WA, for example.... I just missed out on a deal for 217 acres, 3br house (1500 sq ft) with a semi finished basement adding another 1500 sq ft., a 30x50 shop, a 12 person bunkhouse, 2 hunting leases (fall/spring) and a Boy Scout lease(summer). It had a pistol/rifle range(5 lanes 25/300 yards), one 8 acre lake, 2 smaller ponds and property that bordered the Tradewater River. Cost $225k. The three leases alone would pay my mortgage for 9 months of the year. I haven't given up the fight, as long as I am in this state I will lend my support as much as I can. Being in Lacey has it's advantages as I am 15 mins from the Capitol. Some of those folks down there are getting tired of seeing me (which I hope is a good thing). Jim Beal and I are looking at doing a Open Carry table at one of the Tacoma Dome shows. I'm also soliciting funds to get another 15,000 OC pamphlets printed up thru the GoFundMe site( http://www.gofundme.com/WGRpamphlet) and currently have just under 1/2 the funds needed. I feel that even after I am gone, the knowledge I have will be needed by someone and I'll still be available to help.
