Hey, if it wasn't for my Wife, Kid's, and Grandkids, I'd already be on a ranch in Eastern Montana or in Wyoming with a huge range right off my back porch.

A place large enough that I could take a "day long outing" on my own land. A place where the driveway is so long that as soon as anyone tripped the alarm when opening the gate I could "Shower, Shave, put on fresh clothes, and greet them when they finally arrived at the front door".

I too am fed up with WA State.
