Volunteers wanted!

We are seeking volunteers to assist with this year's Legislative Shootout that will be held at Evergreen Sportsman's Club on Tuesday March 17th. Our legislators compete with each other in Trap shooting and pistol and rifle shooting events as well as meet with their constituents. Participation in this event is not open to the public. We are in need of a few folks who might be interested in helping with some of the logistics. We need runners, scorers, and general assistance with operating the event. We also are looking for a couple of pop-up tents like we used at the New Year's Day shoot. It will be a fun filled day with lots of friendly competition among the legislators and their staffs. Please send me a PM if you are interested. Feel free to post up any questions in this thread.

Thank you!

I'm in, providing that I can catch a ride with someone (I'll pay for the gas). I would have to leave the Passat with the nanny, thus, no vehicle except the Toyota Highlander, which I am not yet comfortable driving.

Awesome guys. Something that Chris didn't mention is that this will be a great experience to personally talk with the lawmakers, and give them the ability to learn about firearms. So you must also be able to schmoooooze a little.

If I am in town that week, I'd love to help out. If I am not personally available, I'll have my 2 canopies available.

I will have my excursion, so plenty of room for hauling things in and out.

Ok, I just met with Aida, and Brian Judy of the NRA. I sold Brian 2,100 rounds of .22 ammo basically for cost to help out with the shoot. They still need about 3,000 more rounds of .22, and a bunch of .223/5.56 too. Send me your name, and number and I will send it to Brian.

Cool move, Chuck. Thank you!

Getting legislators on our side is key to this fight.
