Not anti-cop by any means, just an observation... but like I said, won't work in a large city... just a different demographic and scale of operation... |

I think we have a dozen officers in my town. They are contracted. Just happens to be the city contracts with the county Sheriff. Makes a lot of sense. If you are a small town, why not contract with a larger entity who can deal with ranges, qualifications, testing, legal updates, etc.
