Erm, I'm making no judgement on the bunker itself, but the location is interesting. A fugitive is a fugitive. The North Bend bunker ("bunker guy") was on land 50/50 owned by King County and I think DNR on Rattlesnake Ridge. I'm sure they would have added that to his charges if he hadn't killed himself. :|
