Hmmm....bacon.
Does anybody know anything about the "Western Association of Schools and Colleges—one of the six academic organizations responsible for authorizing public and private colleges and universities in the United States." and monitoring programs that are setup to ensure that colleges remain colleges, and not training/breeding grounds for extremism and/or terrorism? http://www.acswasc.org/, but I know nothing about it. Now you pose an interesting question (intentionally, or un-intentionally). I'm not sure that we as a society want a specific monitoring program for collegest to ensure they aren't training/breeding grounds for terrorism. The way I understand it, this Muslim College is now accredited as a college by WASC, but it does not yet have any accredited degrees (i.e. ABET http://www.abet.org/accreditation/). I personally am unaware if there is any Islamic version of a degree that entitles one to be called Imam or what have you (the way a Masters of Divinity might allow someone to use the term Reverand). My understanding is that leadership in Islam is much less based on someone choosing to pursue a degree and pastor a congregation (as it is at least in manstream protestantism) and more based on others choosing to follow said person.

You remind me of Goldmember from Austin Powers Quote: Would you like a smoke and a pancake? You know, flapjack and a cigarette? No? All right. Cigar and a waffle? No? Pipe and a crepe? No? Bong and a blintz? No? Oh, well, then there is no pleasing you.

Serious answer: Christians killed far more. Even in recent history. Should I be fearing them?

No, it's not. You say I should be afraid of a group of the population because a percentage of this group is implicated in murders. I gave you an example of a population, which you yourself is a part of, which is implicated in far, far more murders. If I should be afraid of group #1, I should be (actually, I am, as I pointed out above) afraid of group #2. Do you agree?

And for the record, I didn't ask you, but since you chose to respond, I pressed you for a real answer. I get it - you can't help yourself from changing the subject back to Christianity at every opportunity. But since you can't seem to stay on topic, there's no point in discussing this with you.

Serious question. Black inner city youths have killed more people in this country than Muslims. Yet I don't fear them. Let's freak out over the United Negro College Fund. Muslims are as scary as any of the other Abrahamic sects. Which is to say, when they are well behaved they are great people, and when they are radicalized, they are monsters.
