After 15 months of fighting for my daughter, we've finally reached an agreement all the way across the board. My Divorce will be officially finalized on the 7th. I plan on being several hours late for work the following day......who wants to join me?

Rockhopper, I am sorry and happy for you. Sorry things did not work out, but happy that you were both smart enough to realize it and choose to end it properly. My Parents divoced when I was in HS, trust me it is the best decision for you both and more importantly your daughter. She may not understand it for a long while, but it is healthier for her to see you "get along" separated than be together and fighting.
