They should charge the POTUS with treason while they're at it. We traded 5 known enemy combatants for a deserter - without notifying Congress first - and most experts believe the released terrorists have rejoined the fight against us.

art 32, I think is like a grand jury. Which recommends charges going forward. Then a courts martial...Hope they expedite the process....where is the Jag officer?
