MSNBC correspondent Jeremy Lancaster asked Cornia if placing citizens on a gang list just because they are registered motorcycle owners is considered as profiling, Cornia responded to the question by saying, “as a nation do we complain when we add someone that has a Crips or Bloods tattoo to a gang list even though the individual swears up and down that they don’t have gang affiliation? Again these are 2 situations that are interchangeable, we can’t pick and choose.”

Yeah, it was posted by a source that surprisingly fell for it too. What does it say about our current gov that I found this plausible? I don't think much would shock me at this point.

I've resigned myself that I must be on a few lists already. I read gun forums, don't vote dem, and write letters tom my representitives. I guess it's reassuring that this list isn't one of them?

Meh....i already know im on the feds watch list and not because i own a harley. An old friend of mine used to be a member of a well known motorcycle club. A few years back he came into the bar i was at and after catching up and a few drinks he said "hey man i need to get your phone number again" , i jokingly gave him grief about losing it, then he said "no its just the feds raided our club house and took my cell phone" . I just said ah fuck it and gave him my number again after a few more shots of tequila.
