Detached 30 x 40 metal building with it's own 200amp electrical service. Above ground pool with 12 x 21 deck.Located on nice corner lot with landscaping and trees. Pool table in basement stays.

That's really nice Bill! Is the rock on the house a layup system as siding or is the house actually stacked stone with a furred interior?
