Shitty excuse for human being denied heart transplant because of criminal issues and being in Juvenile detention..... parents pull race card, claim racism. Hospital changes its mind and gives him a heart....meaning someone else probably died (other than the donor) to give this POS a heart...
So.....2 years later.....
Armed robbery...stolen car....shoots at lady..... and wrecks the car, killing himself.

While this is one fucked up story, and that kid is a piece of shit, there is nothing in the article that states they pulled the race card. Are you assuming, or do you have a source?

Maybe it was an inference based upon the "HuffPost Black Voices" screen shot embedded in the middle of the article...I don't know and don't want to speak for the OP, but the image does seem to suggest that race played at least some part in the story.

The story of Anthony Stokes was supposed to have a happy ending. Instead it ended Tuesday, police say, with the teen heart transplant recipient carjacking someone, burglarizing a home, shooting at an elderly woman, leading police on a high speed chase and then dying after his car hit a pole.
I dunno . . . that sounds like a pretty happy ending to me.

"So I can live a second chance. Get a second chance and do things I want to do," Stokes told the television reporter.

I am not trying to call you out TW. My problem with the whole Mike Brown, Darren Wilson thing is, Jesse Jackson called him a racist with no proof at all. That is slander when you can't prove it. This whole "hands up don't shoot" crap is all without proof. The entire movement is based on assumptions. We can't stoop to their level and assume the family claimed racism. Unless they actually did, if they did, then fuck them, because they can't prove it.

Apparently armed robbery, stealing cars and shooting at people was something he wanted a second chance to do.
He never said he was planning on getting caught or going to become a Saint.
