I got divorced a few years ago....
Getting rid of that vagina cost me way more than $20K.
Prices must have gone down.

If I were the prison official I would say "I will allow the operation to take place but you will have to find the funds to pay for it".
It's judges like that who have turned Commiefornia into the sewer it is.
