They both hold the same weight. They can ask you to leave, they really don't HAVE to give a reason. If you don't leave then you can be criminally trespassed.

So if I own a bakery, and I refuse to be a part of the gay wedding(make cake, set it up, serve...) I will be prosecuted by the AG. BUT if I say "No Gun Allowed" I will get the City of Seattle's support to create stickers and cops on call to issue trespassing tickets...

The sign didn't say anything about sexual orientation. It says ANYONE. A reason doesn't have to be given. If a reason is given, then that reason may need to pass muster.
