This looks like something from a bad cop show. Hope that cop goes to general population.

Not much different from Ian Burk shooting the wood carver..... wonder what their state laws are like compared to WA.
Now if the subject had his taser and was pointing it at the cop, I say fair game.

Running away from an officer unarmed while being shot in the back several times & then having the officer plant evidence to make his story sound believable is a completely different situation from the Ian Burk case.
This probably wouldn't have even been a major news story yet if there was no video.

I see this as a potentially double good thing.
One bad cop who gunna be off the streets, and possibly one less bad guy(idk what he did, but I'm gunna say he wasn't up to any good if he was trying to run from a cop)

I thought it was a bit odd the way the officer acted / reacted. Nonchalant?
Pretty weird that the cell phone videographer wasn't noted ...
Also, I didn't see the planting of evidence. Is it obvious? Subtle?
From what I heard on the radio this evening- the shooter told quite a different story than the video showed, so I'd guess his goose is cooked.

Considering the cop gunned him down and planted evidence, maybe the guy was trying to get away from what had already become a life threatening situation? We may never know.

We don't know he "planted evidence". It depends on what he told the people investigating the scene.
He may have just been (in his mind) bringing a piece of his own gear back over to where he could keep an eye on it.
(It might have been better for him to let someone else do that and document it.)

I say let's wait for the jury to decide his guilt or innocents.
