Make him sit next to a bomb that is ticking down to his imminent doom. Except only blow his legs to hamburger, then let him bleed out. Why should his fate be any different than the fate that he handed to others?

Yeah, well, back then when the Bill of Rights was passed into law, he would have been hung, or shot, best case scenario.
They well knew that cleaning up the gene pool was the right thing to do.
