That thing looks like it has a sleeping compartment. Is there a mini ladder on the inside? If so I bet it is tactical complete with a picatinny rail so you can attach things to it and make the ladder multi functional. You could buy two higher end Ford Knox 100 gun safes for a little less then 14k. That monster looks like a deal, but how thick is that metal and at what fire rating?
