Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully you and your family can dispute the liens and get some justice. Maybe pm traut and the two of you can work together toward some resolution.

He got served last week with almost 20 suits (Our family and others that have gotten together to take this POS down!). We saw him walking with a hand full of papers to his lawyers office. When seen, he was also violating a restraining order and was within the 500' of a place he is not allowed to be. His time is limited and we are glad it is coming close to an end. His time is coming soon enough. Hope others have not been bothered by this man, if you have good luck. This guy is a nut job. Cops served him for court few months back and he opened the door with a shirt on.... and nothing else.
