The 2ND Amendment is a right not a privilege. It would be good for the states that allow constitutional carry show the data or evidence based facts that constitutional carry does not increase gun violence or gun related crimes. I will say that in the times before 594, when we traded or sold firearms , I felt confident that the person was a Waguns.Org forum member and had a CPL sow we both felt comfortable about a gun transaction. They gave me a renewal receipt and told me I could still carry while "renewing". I'm not sure I want to test that advice. At the same time I'm renewing I have to wait for them to approve my purchase. My own fault for losing track, but frustrating nonetheless.

Good thing is this year I renued (late again) but they didnt mark it late and it is a lot smaller than it used to be
