Pay close attention to what is and is not a personal electronic device, and the exemptions. I have a pair of earbuds you see reflecting in the window, They were tossed up there and you can see it to the right of the control head and resting behind the control head.. The wiring to the right of the CH is the only reasonable access point, it's essentially 2 DB25 connectors, a HDDB15 connector, a mic, and ignition sense... Not the 2 wires for a CB :-p... Commercial/PS radios are different... But yeah, I could toss a zip tie on it....
