I blame hip hop. Or rap. Or whatever that shit is called these days. These athletes thrive on it, and it is not exactly music that reeks of respect or dignity. So expecting them to be little angels is a bit of a stretch.

Well, just to get the cankled one out of our NFL thread....
It was nice to see the Hawks dominate time of possession against the Giants. Then the defense wasn't gassed in the 4th quarter like they have been. Typical slow start needs to get remedied, though. Russell's passing has been pretty bad lately, but he's a hard worker, so it makes me wonder what he's been working on. It'll be nice to see whatever that is down the road, but we can't always count on overcoming the slow starts like we were able to do the Super Bowl years.... |
